The Conservative Group on Birmingham City Council have launched a campaign to get the City Council to introduce free cleaning of the City's alleyways where the ownership of the alley is shared, disputed or unknown. You can add your name to the petition below:
"I wanted to thank you for taking the time to sign our petition. For too long residents have had to suffer bitter disputes over who owns an alleyway and whose responsibility it is to clear it. Our petition seeks to remove all of that and calls for the Council to step up and act and keep our city clean."
