Education & Children's Social Care Scrutiny Committee - Child Criminal Exploitation.

Recent reports from across the country, and the historic cases in Birmingham, have once again highlighted Child Criminal Exploitation as a serious problem across the United Kingdom. We are determined to do what we can to ensure Birmingham City Council is effectively tackling CCE abuse of children.

Birmingham City Council's Education & Children's Social Care Overview & Scrutiny Committee are gathering evidence, views, and opinions on Child Criminal Exploitation from various sources. If you have experience with this issue, your contribution would aid the Committee's scrutiny of the Council and its strategy to tackle CCE. We will submit all responses to the Committee by Friday the 10th of March, 2023.
